ive been taking 3g EPA/DHA daily (6g omega) for about three weeks now. ive started to notice in the evenings that my hands and feet start to feel warm and quite nice. its not that kind of angry hot inflammation type of heat, but much gentler and nicer. could this be the effect of the fish oil after only 3 weeks? I thought it took 3 months to have any effect? anna_london

i suppose i should have posted on the long thread on fish oil. will do so next time.
