I am on this diet and encourage it for anyone who wants to try it. Hopefully, some of you may choose this route in taking care of yourself. I know it's not for everyone, and understand that, but if this post helps just one person, it has been worth it.
RA, 4yr, tried Methotrexate, Pred., Vioxx, Mobic, Azafaldine, Sulfidine, and etc. Am on no meds currently, and slowly having diffinite good results in all areas of my health.
Wanted to try this alternative and give it my best try, before the next drug of choice by my doctor was going to be Enbrel.
