i miss massages a lot.  well professional ones by a PT who knew how not to hurt me.  But, I have taught gar a lot about how to rub me the right way. (ok that sounds vaguely dirty to me)   He's normally good about helping ease the worst of the tightness. And sad as it sounds, we are teaching Bastian what to do too.  He's rather good at it.  He always wants mommy to feel better.    A massage after a long nite of delivering toys is most welcome , especially if the elf is cute ! Really though the pain relief is so extreme that it could be a big hairy troll for all I care. I really feel they are worth the money, both short and long term !! Keep the spirit !Santaruss

I find massages to really help with the pain and joint motion, course I get a professional one about once a year.

i am so JEALOUS!!!!! eeeeeeehehehe! Enjoy yourself hun, You deserve it!

Had the massage last night... i didnt get a deep massage, jsut a nice relaxing one... i didnt want to move when it was over... the girl dims the lights, im in warmed up blankets and have a lavender pillow over my eyes!!!! yummy..... drank lots of water before and after, knowimg i was getting a massage (and my *&%& cough

I was getting one every spring break as a treat, but i think i will do it more often, as when i get a relaxing one it doesnt hurt much the next day at all!!!!

I recommend a massage for ANYONE!

has anyone tried a hot stone massage?

i'd like to try  but i'm not sure what all is envolved besides hot stones.
