Hi everyone in the Northern Hemisphere - I have been reading on here and seeing on our TV news programmes lots about your tough winter. I thought I would like to put a little summer into your winter for you. I took this photo of my wee garden this time last year and would like to send you all some sunshine and flowers.
Oops can't paste it - I'll keep trying - this is my third attempt, I have already typed the message 3 times, so I'll leave you with the message for now - (it's the thought that counts they say), while I figure out how to get that photo on here. Bye for now and have a comfortable happy day.
Yes, the lunchtime TV news here today had good coverage of the heavy snowfalls over many of the States. I couldn't survive in that weather *shiver* - would just hibernate until Spring like the bears
Like Kiwilass I haven't learnt the art of posting pics here, so will just send a big cyber-parcel of warm air and sunshine from Brisbane Australia (after first extracting the humidity which achey joints hate! ) and trust that better weather will come your way very soon.

The warm thoughts are appreciated here. It's -6 this morning and I don't know what it is with the wind chill.
At least I don't live in upstate NY with 12 feet of snow! I can't imagine what they're going through.
Being a former Wisconsinite I can imagine what all that snow is like.
I'm so glad to live in AZ. We are going to have a warm weekend - maybe 80.
The folks dealing with all the snow can laugh at me this summer when we will have at least 100 degrees for 90 days. I still can't believe it when it is 100 at midnight.
