Next week I will have the gouty tofus removed from my elbow. It appears to be a fairly simple procedure, but because I have a complex heart defect, I have to have it done in a hospital under general anesthesia. Has anyone else had this done and can you tell me what to expect?

You may get your tophi removed but you still have to deal with excessive uric acid in your blood and metabolic disorder.
Only appropriate herbs and selective natural foods can reverse the severity and adjust the metabolic disorder.
