I went to PT the other day and felt great afterwards. That evening I wanted to move one of my 35 gal aquariums just 3" so I could see it in bed.  Colton helped me and I thought it went fine.  The last 2 days I have used a heating pad on my lower back 24/7.  YOU THINK I WILL EVER LEARN Roxy, no you will never learn because you are human just like the rest of us. lol  We all need someone with a whip right by our side telling us what to do or not to do. Who said that life was easy??!! I know exatly what your goin throuh Rox, our tv fell onto the bed (courtesy of a wonderful 4 yr old ) so i got a bright idea that i would put it back on the dresser lol yea we never learn

Sometimes you don't even realize you can't do it. It's like riding a bike. You're body learns to ride and you don't even think about it. It's so automatic.

However, DON'T TOUCH THAT! Silly girl.

Thats what bugs me the most.  I don't realise that I can't do something anymore.  I just go to do the same things I've always done and whamo.Roxy, that is 280 lbs. Eeeks.

Roxy...that kind of stuff is the story of my life. I am constantly doing silly things like that. 2 days after my knee surgery I tried to chase a puppy in the livingroom...duh..you cant jump up and run while reaching for a tiny but fast dog...esp when you have RA and a bum knee. Needless to say I ended up on the floor.

I have fallen about 3 times in the last few weeks..and all for dumb reasons like the one I just mentioned. Will I do it again? Prolly so!
