Validation on swelling | Arthritis Information

I went to my PCP and she won my heart.  I told her about my month long pain crisis of wrists and ankles.  She said swelling at the cellular level many times cannot be seen but still does as much damage !!!!!!  She also said FM does not effect your joints.  So I finally got validated.  She agrees that I need to change biologic so now I just need to convince my rd.  It sure is a lot of work this RA business.  All good news on the homefront, we are a happy little family.  I am feeling loved, loving and getting  better everyday from the flare from hell.  PCP doubled my oxycotin and changed my prozac to Cymbalta.  We are trying to get my pain management on an even keel and it definitely is a process.  I think I like this PCP?

So how are all my AI friends doing this morning

I have been on Cymbalta for about 6 months and find it helps alot with my aches and pains. I take 90mg. It makes me a little sleepy about an hour after I take it but that is all the side effects I get.

I hope you get good results!
