In the spirit of lightening up - my best friend just gave birth to a little girl called Erin who weighed 7lb, 3oz by c section. I'm visiting tomorrow and I can't wait. Must say that it kinda brings back how much the same friend on my other 'best friend' sucked when it came to me though - not only did they not visit me in hospital but one didn't come to see me for a month and the other took 6 weeks. Charming eh. Oh well who cares i'll get a shot of holding a little baby tomorrow yay.

CinDee, Those teenagers must have erased your memory. My preschooler is making me crazy at the moment.
If my financial circumstances were different I would get me one, too! Of course my hubby would have something to say about that, and I know it would be NO! He's looking at retirement, but dag nabbit I'd love to have another go at it, LOL. Guess I just have to wait for grandbabies.
Sorry - I'm just one year away from all my kids being out of the nest, when my youngest goes off to college, and this empty nest thing is hitting me a little hard.
Flint, I'm glad you are getting to see your friend's baby. I don't know why people are that way sometimes. They just are. Just be the good friend that you would like to have and maybe they will learn how they need to be from you.
