Has anyone had problems with mouth - hyper sensitivity to mildly spiced food, citrus products, sweets (candies, cookies, etc., chocolate, particularly milk chocolate?  Also SEVERE dryness of lips which doesn't respond to any type of lip balms?  The inside of my mouth and tongue always feel irritated.

Hi,
I can't answer to the hyper-sensitivity; but boy can I relate to the lip
dryness!!

During the night, my lips actually crack vertically. Almost every
night. I haven't found a balm that works, either. I've resorted to
good ol' Vaseline.

Take care.

marjo, you have already identified and listed the "bad" and sensitive foods. I suggest you abstain from these foods, diary products and acidic fruits.

It may be due to irregular toilet habit or the stools are hard and dried.

I tackle this problem by taking wild lingzhi with licoqrice drink and take fruits like pears, papayas etc..

Does that sound like what you're talking about? It's quite common and nothing to worry about!
