I am now a Humira Girl | Arthritis Information

Spent the day at doctors. Couldn't stand pain doctor, all she wanted me to do was go on morphine and pretty much said I was stupid not to. She infuriated me and then had the nerve to say she will contact my other doctors to get me to change

I pray good news is I start Humira in two weeks. My rd said there was definite physical changes in hands and wrists, all she looked at - which was a relief as she is not big at changing meds if she cannot see inflammation. Last night was a tough one. Up all night in pain. Felt like I was laying there FEELING RA eating my joints away. So much pain and depression. Now I have HOPE !!!!! I pray Humira is the drug for me.

Got to go take a nap. Up all night. Love you all.

Hey Humira girl! Big congrats! I sure hope you find some relief with it.

This weather has been a killer on the RA.......I hope you get a good rest in! I will tell you what now, the weather here has been a killer on the ol' RA!

Thanks you guys. Docs upped my oxycotin at bedtime and I finally slept. Pain doctor said "Don't you know Rush Limbaugh" got addicted to oxycotin. I said if I was as stupid as Rush Linbaugh I would want to be euthanized

I didn't realize how visually obvious my hands and wrists are. I got to slow this monster down

Better attitude today. I got ankle braces also from doc so maybe that will relieve some of the ankle pain. I can't wait to get my Humira. Merry I will be thinking of you and praying you get Humira too. We seem to have had the seem nasty kind of RA - maybe we both will get better
