glad to see you made it thru another shift of hell.

Thanks joonie. Yes and when the charge nurse yelled at me last night
towards the end of the shift, I about walked. I had 7 patients on day shift. I
am afraid for my licence at this point. I called my recruiter today and told
her I would work no more day shifts. This place is scary. The hospital is 60
nurses short and 13 have quit this unit in the 6 weeks since I started. Makes
my home hospital feel like a trip to Disneyland. I hope I survive the next
seven weeks of this crap. What a mistake I have made. I cannot bend either
of my middle fingers right now so I know I'm feeling the stress of this job. Bless you.
