Im new here and need to talk.. i am 34 and have jsut been diagnosed with OA.. its in my neck and hip but my neck pain is terrible and i have pain down my arm.. im not sure how im going to cope.. time and support i guess.. please help!
Hi there! Glad to meet you - sorry you are in such a mess of pain. When you were diagnosed, were you given any medications, or were you advised to try PT? NSAIDS are usually given at the onset of OA, and physical therapy really can help a lot - especially water therapy done in a very warm pool.
I would check with your doctor and see what they suggest.
