He also says: "If your heart can believe it and your mind conceive it then you can acheive it." That's one of my favorite quote from that book.

ari33 the message reminds me 20 years ago. I started to believe in herbs for arthritis treatment when meds. failed to response to basic pain. I searched, found, used them for arthritis and rejuvenate healthy body for almost 20years. The result, I conquered the disease and better QOL and in good health
I believe only by gradually nurturing weakening and adjusting the metabolic disorder of the body to healthy level then the disease will eventually dwindle to no threat.
The weapons to fight arthritis are appropriate herbs and selective natural food in daily diet. In fact, so simple and natural but require time, determination, belief and positive thinking to see result. NO MEDS OR SUPER MEDS! The Power of NATURE can be miracle.
Many like to dismiss outright as not scientific and label as fraud. Probably such person has struggled for years and tried alternatives but is dispointed to gain positive result. As for meds at best only control pain and disease for short period of time. Then move to another stage whereby stronger, super or cocktail of meds are required when the disease advances that renders the previous meds ineffective. It is a one way traffic!
