The medication is called Arthrotec-75 and I take it twice a day. I go back to the doctor Friday to discuss my treatment options "Dmards ?"
She wanted to get more test results and including the mri.
This all new stuff to me.
However, the Arthrotec has given me relief. Pain pills ( vicodin, ultram, whatever) only dulled the pain.
Yep...thought I was going crazy and felt like my life is over. I've also started Lexapro to help me get through the acceptance stage.
Judith, your life is not over - it's just changed a wee bit
Yep, there is still life with RA. Just have to adapt and taylor your life to it. Even us who have had it all of their life, still get knocked down by it, but we get up again. Might take awhile, but we do.

Hi Judith. I took Arthrotec .75mg when I was first diagnosed , it went a long way to helping me cope for many years. Your life isnt over its just a bit different to what it was before.
