you have every right to file a complaint if you feel you are being
harrassed. If you are looking for encouragement, here it is, go for it.
Here in the United States the internet is regulated by the Federal
Trade Commission. We filed a complaint with the FTC concerning spamming
and unpaid advertising, sending via mail 2117 posts in order to catch
their attention and to show the amount of unpaid advertising. Good luck
with your complaint.
watchingwolf - not sure. But ya know, I have right clicked on the banner provided on the bottom of both posts and they go back to a website that belongs to the old owners of this website.
