How long does it take for pred. to start working? today was my first day of a pred pack 24mg, then it decreases every day. i have no pain relief. the pain seems to be worse! For me personally it took about 2-3 days on the pred pack to notice a difference. Did you take all 6 pills at once today for that jump start? Hang in there, sometimes it does take a couple of days for the pred to kick in. Hope you feel better soon.
i took the pills throught the day. tonihgt i also took, ibuprofen, and ultram, still trying to sleep with this pain. its almost 2am. and i have to be to work at 7am. I think the pain is subsiding now , will try the bed again. thanks so much for the late night info and support!

Usually takes 2 days..it is quick.
about two days for me as well. I started mine tuesday when I had pain and stiffness. By thrusday I could sprint at full speed.
Bottom line. It works VERY well and been on the market forever.
It will work. Don't worry!
