I woke up still able to get out of bed no problem but there is a storm coming in and my shoulders, ankles, and wrists know it. It doesn't bother me. Comparatively to how I have been feeling, this is just like being sore after a work out. I am loving life. Actually gardened yesterday. It was beautiful. I am taking Kelsey to get some "toys" today as she is so bored, silly things like a yoyo, and then I am going to pick up a can of paint. I am going to paint the bathroom like a rich aqua green. It is very light in there and I think it can take a dark color. What a fun day. Love you all BE WELL. I have not been on too much, so much to do, so little time

Roxy- be careful that you arent over doing things.I think we tend to go mad when we are having good days but we can easily be set back by the need to do everything at . Its wonderful to be so mobile after the long spell of not being able to even walk but gently does it is the best way. Have fun with the yoyo
