Help!! Not sure if this is what happening but for a while now I have had a scaley rash on both lower legs and left hand.It gets very red itches like crazy and then goes leaving my skin with like a silvery scale that dissapears.I now have it all over my shoulder joints.Can anyone give me some idea.
