Here are some pictures I wanted to share with my internet friends.

Pool from deck

Deck to pool and my trailor in the distance

Closer pic of trailor from off the deck to show the BIG dying pecan tree that will one day fall over on my bedroom during high winds!

The door knobs that are on just about every door thru out the house. The first one is on the door to my bedroom and the second knob is on on every door just about including the front door.

am trying to decide whether to move again but think if I do it will probably be the last move (I am a gypsy at heart) but dont know if my bones can take many more moves. I could spend years renovating houses if I had the money & energy but I will look forward to seeing some interior pix in the future and  it will give you such a boost to have something to look forward to. When is moving day?   Have fun.

Looks like a pretty decent sized section as well Joonie, and I'll bet those trees are beautiful when in leaf.  Hope you're recovering and will be able to cope with the move.  Thank your lucky stars it's not interstate!!  Have a good dayOh. My. God. That is SUCH an Alabama porch. I swear if you put a sofa out there I'll kill you. LMAO I hate driving through Florala, that's all anyone does with their porches and its soooooooooo tacky!! >.< Don't do it. Don't give into peer pressure. THEY MAKE LAWN FURNITURE!!! *grin* The character of the house looks great.Reminds me of some houses in South Africa .You have great land too. Beats some of the gardens in england where you step out of the front door onto the road, luckily mine doesnt do that. Congrats!!  I think you are going to love it and you own it in 9 years??  That's a freakin deal!!  Love the house! The swing and the rocker come with? Aww...I'm so happy for you. What a nice place for you and your family Joonie.

Now Katie, you leave Joonie alone about that porch.  If it were in West Virginia where all my family is from, there would be a wringer washer sitting on it! LOL   (And there's a charm about that I LOVE!)

A SOFA HAS TO BE THE BEST THING TO PUT ON THE PORCH, MORE COMFY TO SIT ON THAN LAWN FURNITURE. PUT A SOFA ON THERE AND I'M ON THE NEXT PLANE OVER

I will BUY you lawn furniture. LOL

But ya know...if you're gonna throw a sofa out there, you might as well find a car that doesn't run, and an old bathtub and throw them in the yard while you're at it. LMAO

I heart you. I heart your house. I just don't want you to fall into the depths of the redneck world. No one is as redneck as my downstairs neighbors.  June wouldn't come close even if she put a couch, a loveseat, and a recliner on her new front porch.

I think I would put one of those glider swings on my front porch if I had a front porch to put things on.  LOL.

Thanks Everyone!

Well, I am not sure just how old the house is... I kept saying 100 years old, but hubby says more like 80-90 years old.

I am not doing much of the work in the house... that is why I have a hubby

I kinda helped in-laws move today... and I am wishing someone would put me out of my misery from all the pain I have in my knees, ankles, toes, feet, hips, back and neck. All I done was stand a few mins here and there to pack a box or two and then went outside and watched the kids play in the yard.

No, the rocking chairs do not get to stay.

Hahahaa... no I am not a redneck! I would never put a couch on my front porch and besides in-laws done told us we needed to keep the yard junk and trash free, unlike our neighbors house. OMG!! They have a couch and a loveseat and other household items on their wrap around porch, and dead water heater laying on the ground and a bunch of other junk. It looks like rednecks live there... it really does

Well, I am beat. I am going to try to help MIL to unpack tomorrow and go thru her stuff to see what she wants to keep and get rid of, for yet another yard sale. This is clean out the closet weekend for us.  Well, for the kids.  I will just tell them what to keep and what to get rid of lol.  Then what we keep is going in boxes because we will be moving in the next few months.  One less thing I will have to pack when it comes that time!  I live with a bunch of pack rats so them getting rid of anything is going to be like pulling teeth with no novacaine!!Where are you moving too? is it far from where you are now? Take care packing dont do too much.

I love playing "trash or treasure?".  Every summer when the kids are all around we clean out something - the barn is my goal for this summer.  Problem is, we clean it out and a couple of years later it looks just as bad as it did before - just different junk.  But I suppose if we didn't do it occasionally, it would be so much junk we couldn't even get in.

I don't think we will ever move from this house - we have a full basement, attic and barn, and every closet is puking over with stuff!  I could never deal with it all at this stage of the game.  I plan on dying and letting my kids deal with it, cause most of it is their stuff anyway!

Hillhoney39163.3716782407Great house.  Homey.  Love the pool.  I HATE MOVING.  Hope to never do it again but it is fun to unpack and fix up new place.  My bathroom is half painted

We are going to paint before we move up there. I am going to get one of my sister's to come help paint and hubby is going to do the rest of the painting she and I do not get done. I am going to sit in the floor and paint, like I did when we painted son's & daughter rooms in the trailor.

I am probably going to take before and after pics of all the rooms in the house. I will post them on here or maybe in my photoablum and provide a link to it for ya'll that care to see.

We might not even begin our move for another 2-3 weeks. So... here is to me laying in bed thinking of all the packing I need to be doing
