Just for a change, a nice mundane topic. Whoever posted a suggestion of a recipe (no quantities given) for a green soup a month or two ago can you please post it again. Think it had green veg, potatoes & maybe rice or soy milk - cant remember, wrote it down, tried out & it was very nice - think the topic was veganism at the the time & it could have been Joonie who posted the idea - wasnt a proper recipe but I have no doubt my memory will improve if I make it again. Lost the recipe.

Hi Cassie! I have a recipe for some really good soup that is easy to make. It's not green but try it.....you'll like it.
California Veg Medley Cheese Soup
2 cans chicken broth 2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup 2 cans cream of potato soup
1 bag frozen california blend veggies (zap in microwave)
velveeta
(Use any kind of soup that you like best also varies in the amount depending on how much cheese you use)
add chicken broth in large pan....dump cans of soup in...use a wire whisk to blend together. Add cooked veggies and velveeta cheese to desired thickness. SOOOO GOOD!
Sometimes I add a pack of broccoli too....or other veggies you like would be good too.

Thanks for all your soup recipes - it was your recipe I was thinking of sophistablack and you are right it is delicious and so easy - you can feel all those vitamins doing you good. I will print if off so I wont lose it again. Gimpy - yours sounds yummy, healthy & easy too. Cindee - yours also sounds good but I am a vegetarian but I will be able to adapt it - is Velveetaa cheese product?
