Elbow Pain | Arthritis Information

Hello everyone and thank you for allowing me to be a member of your forum.

My question pertains to weight lifting; more specifically, when I train triceps and perform any extension movement with heavy free weights (i.e. skull crushers, over head dumbbell extensions, lying dumbbell extensions, etc) I experience a fair deal of discomfort. On a scale of 1-10, I'd give it a 2-4, depending on how thoroughly warmed up I am and how heavy a weight I'm using. It's not particularly excruciating, but it is rather uncomfortable and bothersome.

Do y'all think this abuse to my elbows week in and week out could potentially lead to arthritis of the elbow joints?

I am using 1-2 grams of MSM daily, but read (on wikipedia) that there are a limited number of human trials, none of which are long term.
Any recommendations on other chemicals I could employ the use of to help with this problem? Either before training, to lube things up, or after training, to potentially heal things up.

thanks again.
All right, so I changed up my routine and am experiencing hardly any elbow pain at all! Instead of focusing on isolation movements for my core triceps exercises, I am utilizing the movement of more joints by performing heavy dips. Only on my heaviest weights do I feel a little achy-ness, but afterward, I feel right as rain.

Thanks for the help everyone, Go Team!
