OMG i want to move......PLEASE!!!!!! so everytime it rains the rain likes my basement since all the drain pipes are still clay pipes and well the one drain that the washer leads to doesnt drain the water so for the last 3 months if not more i have been lugging my laundry to the laundrymat every week or so to do laundry since i cannot use my washer and so i called my landlord AGAIN today and asked him what we were going to do and he acted like he had no idea what was going on so he thinks that a stand pipe is going to work, sure that might help when it rains but its not going to help my washer problem.... UGGGGG He doesnt want to put money into this house cause when we move he is going to tear it down.... Sorry im crabby and bi**hy, probably doesnt help that i started a medrol dose pack this morning either lol
sorry things are not going well. Is there a tenant/landlord board in your area there?? We have one here where if your landlord is not doing their duty of keeping the place up to code you can complain to this board which in turn reviews and threatens the landlord with fines if they do not do what needs to be done to make the place liveable.
