I just got back from the 2nd opinion rheumatologist and he says that the RA is more under control than I think but the pain is fibromyalgia. Nobody had talked to me about fibro before and I was surpised to learn I have it.
I know fibro isn't a "head disease" but I feel like I've made such a big deal about how bad my RA ...I just feel silly now.
Don't feel that way Scout.....Fibro is a serious condition as well and can be very painful. Don't be too hard on yourself.
We've got lots of friends here that have both. I'm sure they'll have plenty of advice for you.
