Is this normal, to feel this totally out of it after acupuncture????? I mean, I see something, I read it, it does not even register, let alone process!!! Can't think in complete sentences or thoughts. Seeing trails and colors. At work, afraid to drive home. Pretty, shiny, oh, nothing is there. I am losing it. Did one of those needles pierce my brain? Furry thing running around, oh, its my dog. Can't drink water, runs down face as if lips are numb. I am at work, am I supposed to be doing something??? How am I going to get home? I am soo wrong.

No, that's not normal at all....I think you need to call your doctor, Michele.

Sounds like something is going on.....you sound like you are in a dream state, adn frankly you are describing what I went through on the heart stress test imjection they gave me.....call your DR.!

BTW: I have never had acupuncture....I think you need to get to the hospital right away, Michele. This doesn't sound normal. At least get someone to stay with you wherever you are right now. How old are you?

Does anybody know how old michele is? Or has anybody heard from her again?Umm the ER would be in order Michele, now! I am hoping that this not hearing from her means she called her husband or 911 and she is getting some treatment. Sigh. I feel so bad for her.

If you haven't already, please have someone get you to a hospital.

I have had several sessions of accupuncture but never had the reactions described; am just hoping that Michele quickly got on to ER or doc - doesn't sound good.

Very worried about you Michele. We all waiting to hear from you. We are praying for you and thinking about you! Fill us in ASAP!Sorry girls, I went home after posting and went to bed. I slept a pretty good nights sleep and feel better. I am still woozy and a bit out of it but nothing like yesterday. Boy, that was just CRAZY!!!!!

My hubby wanted me to eat and I couldn't even look at food. I tired to take my night pills and cold barely get them in my mouth. I must admit, I actually feel a bit better today than I have in a few days.

I surely didn't mean to worry anyone!!! But, it was pretty scary! I am sure I should not have drove but hubby was with a client and I had to go home!

For the record, I am 36. I will be sure to tell them about the reaction i had!!!!

Phew, glad you are feeling better but please call the doc and talk to them about the reaction had!!Really glad to see your post michele. you must definetly see your dr. Maybe a reaction to the acupunture,You arent allergic to metal at all are you?Phew! glad you're ok but please check it out.
