I have turned into an ebay junkie and all I can think about is my past fiance' and all the fun I used to make of him when he would buy online from Ebay.........then I go to missing my past life with him, but then realize that here I have medical attention and help.

Somebody help me...I am losing it big time. I just cry and cry cause I miss him so but know that he doesn't want me then I get more upset..then I think about our dog and the kids were supposed to graduate together..........then I cry some more......what am I gonna do? My health is getting worse and I have bfriends but they are not him...........

I am totally out of control and losing my mind...somebody knock me back into reality soon  and wake my sorry butt up!!!!!!!!!!!!Panic, panic........

I do not remember ever being so weak natured........what the heck is wrong with me?

It must have been because of my nephew doing so poorly and my brother sounds rather frightened about it , then my daughter is all done with school and I have almost been in 2 accidents cause I am having toruble seeing out of my right eye..preipheral vision is almost gone.......and I am alone and all the guys I date....they are not what I want in life...I am so sorry to be such a baby..... I am just whining and feeling sorry for myself I guess........I am totally losing it.

I am pathetic!!!!!!!

Jode...you are NOT losing it.  It is perfectly normal to grieve for our loved ones that have passed away.  You are missing that support he would have given you in a really stressful time right now.  The best thing you can do is allow yourself to grieve that.  Cry it out.  It doesn't matter how often you cry or how hard you cry.  You NEED to do it.  never be ashamed that you are grieveing 3 years down the line...10 years down the line...or 20 years down the line.  My dad will be gone 4 years in September and I still grieve and cry at times.

Hang on Jode...you will get thru this.

Oh my goodness, thankyou..I still grieve for my father as well..........whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa plus I hurt at an "8" on the scale from 1 to 10.

I am so sorry to be such a big baby.............

Yeah, Jode... I vote for crying. It will help you release and make you feel better. I know when I feel like my life is falling apart and I am not feeling well... I usually cry and then I feel sooo much better the next day.

Huggs!

have a good cry and then rent some FUNNY dvd's to watch and get those endorphins flowing.
