I know everyone will say - STRESS but I never felt this before. I have been sick all day. I have gotten the most tingly shakey hands. The tingles I have never felt before in my hands. Also light headed and dizzy. The hand thing was what freaked me out. Is That RA? Didn't get my ankle checked. I will do it tomorrow.I have had really shaky trembling hands for a long time. Especially when stressed....they get worse. My doc put me on xanax a couple of weeks ago and it seems to help. I hate to shake. People look at me like I am a junkie or something. Do go and get that ankle checked though, soon as, and ask about this tingling, shaky, dizzy & light headed. Have you eaten???
Are you on Prednisone? How much? Are you weening off? Pred can give you some freaky symptoms.

Shock can cause a lot of symptoms that you are describing.Maybe you should talk to the doctor when you get your ankle seen to. Everything is so upside down for you at the moment so there are bound to be upsets with your RA .Take it easy and get that ankle looked at.
