OK, so I have yet another question. How long would the effects of a Medrol Pack last? I began the 6-day pack about two weeks ago and finished it over a week ago. Could it still be causing me to feel no swelling, stiffness or pain?

Yes, it can do that. When I get put on the medrol pack, my RA symptoms usually do not creep all the way back for almost 3 weeks, sometimes less depends on many things.
It is kinda like when you go in for a cortisone shot, it will last a couple of weeks, but the symptoms usually creep back and then you are almost back to where you started at. You will feel when it starts to wear off.
Everytime I've either had predisone or cortisone shots; my doctor has adjusted my medications to compensate once the effects of the steriods wear off.
From my understanding as well - the longer you are on steroids, the longer they linger in your system. So if you were on them for 3 months, you would have residual effects for MUCH longer than if you were just on them for a week or so. Did that make sense? O.o
