My name is Norman Adams. I am 66 years old and I have osteoarthritis in my spine. Although it is not yet severe enough for me to need to take painkillers (except for occasional flare ups), it is still something that I am always aware of.
I recently joined Arthritis Care and became secretary of my local branch. We are only a small branch but, after a real possiblity of closure (In january this year), we have managed to save the branch and have added a few new attractions. We now produce our own quarterly magazine, and I have just uploaded the first few pages of our very oen branch web site http://www.normsite.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/aceb/ It's not much to look at, but I expect to keep adding to it as time permits.
