I think what is crazy is this disease. If we are not 'going' crazy it will make us crazy.  This isn't for 'sissies' as the old timer's say about old age....you must be on your guard constantly, work at the meds, work at dealing with the nay sayers, your family and friends who say 'throw them all away' (the meds), and people who think we are 'just making it up'. We don't look sick. One of my so called friends at my art group said, after my last flare-up and my hands being reallllly stiff and not bending 'I've heard people NEVER recover from that'!! Well, thanks a lot!! My hands are improving, so there!! One 'friend' said how can you have all of that pain JUST from RA!!, well that's the way it is. I'm affraid I told her whatta ya mean JUST!! I'M NOT ONE TO KEEP QUIET.

But the ones that do, are golden treasures to be collected. Isn't it weird how people jsut don't get it!!!!  I still get miffed over "remarks", "help" and "advice" I get from friends and family.  They never cease to amaze (and amuse
