I have a rheumie appt. next week. I am trying to decide whether to go the Orencia route. Please let me know anyone that has or is currently using this (or knows anyone). I have trouble with sinus and dental infections and I am wary that I will get constant infections. Enbrel worked for me but I developed a blood disorder from it and had to stop it. Humira did not give me results and I am allergic to Kineret. I would appreciate any info good or bad anyone knows about.

Did you end up trying Orencia Daisy? I had my first infusion a week and go back for 2nd one on Friday. I am no worse/no better on it.

Yes Daisy, I had my first infusion almost 2 weeks ago. I go for my 2nd this Friday. They call it the loading dose. So far nothing good is happening but it is too early to tell. The infusion was very easy and alot faster than Remicade. When I was on Remicade I always had to premedicate but not on Orencia. Good luck and I hope it works for you. Keep me posted, I will as well.
