Dua; OA and RA | Arthritis Information

Good morning

I have been diagnosed with RA and OA and it has been tough because they are both treated differently.  I am on humeria and arava and vicoden for the RA and recently was given licoderm patches and muscle relaxers for the OA....I am beginning to feel like a loser here....I am almost 60 still working full time despite the pain.....and feel lost and alone alot of the times...I have a wonderful understanding family but as hard as theu try I know that they cant really understand.  I hope this board is supportive because I am on another board that are really sometimes mean even evil toward one another

Hi, I am also almost sixty and have been successfully using an alternative therapy for OA which is also used by RA patients because it does not have the side effects of mainstream RA therapy.

If you would like to do some research, here is the link.

Good Luck!

Ron
