hi all, if youre like me with excersize youll understand what i mean. when my rheumatologist suggested excersize i thought yeh right i can hardly move, how can i possibly excersize. well believe me it is possible. i began tai chi for arthritis 2 years ago and i havent looked back since. i love it . its relaxing but energetic all at once. when i began i was walking with a frame , six months later i was just using a stick now i dont use either.it can even be done sitting in a chair. so get out there and find where to do tai chi for arthritis its the best
