bone on bone? | Arthritis Information

Ok since being off Humira my ankles seem to hurt and swell, and the tops of my feet well... they are doing the same thing. It just about kills me to stand for any amount of time or even walk.

When I walk my ankles feel like bone is touching bone and is painful. My feet they feel like they are crunching, but only on the tops in the middle of the foot. The bottoms of my feet are swelled.

I cannot even stand long enough to help make dinner. And when I do suck up the pain, my knees will become stiff and I have to stiff leg walk to the couch and scream when I sit and my legs bend.

I tried to wash dishes yesterday, I done 5 objects, and stood there probably 10 mins and then I could not take it any longer. So, I decided to go take a shower to help with the stiffness and pain, and I stood there for a few mins, and then went to sit down on the corner seat and I screamed from the pain from my knees bending. My hubby thought I fell or something. I just sat down

Oh... BTW... I LOVE my new shower, with the corner seats. I sit down after I wash my hair and lean forward for the water to hit my neck/back/shoulders since they have been acting up again to.

I need to get back on my Humira. I am hurting more and more each day.

Take care of yourself.....those dishes can wait. You should see mine! I gotten to the point that before every meal I have I have to wash a fork or whatever just to eat. lol

From my chronic bladder infections. I was taking antibiotics a month back for a bladder infection. I was referred to the urologist and I was hoping I could get back on my Humira after my last visit, but my last visit was cut short because I did not do my urine log and I did not get to see him and I have another appt with him the 23rd and this time I done my urine log, but it is misplaced

I stayed off the Humira even after I finished the antibiotics because I noticed something.... when I finished my antibiotics I would take my Humira the next available Sunday. and then I would get another bladder infection within the next month or so. I was just thinking maybe I did not stay off my Humira long enough for the antibiotics to finish their job. So, this time around I decided to wait it out and then when I got referred to Urologist I had just finished my antibiotic 9 days before. SO, I was hoping they would tell me I was bladder infection free, but they didn't tell me anything. So, I waited for my next appt 2 weeks later and I did not get to see him and got sent back home with a new pee hat LMAO! Now, I am waiting for my next appt to make sure my bladder infection is gone.

That is my story and I am sticking to it What am I gonna do with you?  when do you get back on that humira?  You are not taking care of yourself and it is ticking me off!!!!  I am hoping after this last visit to urologist I will be infection free and then get back on my Humira.
