...one dose of Enbrel cause this much pain? I had a cold last Tuesday and as that was injection day I skipped the Enbrel but did the MTX. By Sunday I was a mess, in bed all day and today I am in a boatload of pain and very stiff.

It's likely it could cause this much of a set back. Hopefully you'll be back on your injections soon and you'll get back on track quickly. It might take several doses to catch back up though....be ready for that. It might not....but don't be surprised by it. Yeah I agree with Lovie. I hope you are feeling well enough to do your Enbrel tomorrow. I hope it does not take several injections for you to catch up.
