Oh my Lord...I guess I am going to be one of the ones who are affected by the weather! Yippy!! Blessed39196.8580208333

I am weather affected and humidity affected. We are looking at rain for Thursday and today I am already feeling it. I know when my swelling I did have goes away almost completely that within the next couple of days, I will be worst off. That is why I called my RD for something for relief, but did not get exactly what I wanted (pred dose pak).

I hope you do better the rest of the week and have a good weekend.

My hands can be normal one min. and it's like I can feel myself swelling up.....then all of a sudden I can't budge my rings.????

It's weird.

My pains are so strange sometimes. Sometimes, I can just be sitting somewhere and all of a sudden it feels like little electric shocks jumping through my body. It could be my right ankle, then my left thumb, then a knee, it just jumps all over. This week though it's pretty consistantly been my knees giving me trouble. I do my Enbrel injections on Fridays. Last Friday I tried a new spot, on the side of my thigh. I was so happy because it didn't hurt! No burning or anything. Well by Tuesday my knees were so inflammed, hot, painful. I finally figured out that on the side of my thigh must be muscle where I injected. So I guess iti was as if I wasted a whole shot and a whole week! I made sure this Friday to go back to doing it on top of my thigh but it's still to early. My knees hurt bad. Cymbalta has worked WONDERS for my mood.....doesn't help my pain AT ALL.

But overall, I love being on it. I hardly snap at my poor husband anymore!!!!

But my pain is just as bad as ever, which makes me doubt the whole "this is psycological pain" nonsense my Dr told me!! hahahaha

It's been rainy here too, and I'm MISERABLE!!!
Woah, you have super powers.  I wish I had ESP.

Thats what my body did when it was early in my Dx!  I think people thought I was crazy! Heck I was even beginning to wonder about me too!

I am having a flare right now that is also something I never experienced before. I have gotten flares before that mainly freeze up certain joints and it becomes very painful to move them but now for the past week I wake up fine in the am and then by midafternoon I am terribly achy all over. It reminds me of when I had the flu. I feel feverish and have the chills but no fever and my body feels like I was run over by something. It stays like that until the next morning.

Maybe this is normal I dont know but for me it's a new side of RA. Not sure which side is better but the old way was more interesting.

Hang it there, better days are ahead!!!
