this is a story i have been working on and i want to share it it is not finshed yet thou

JRA LIFE

i was 3 years old abd i woke up and my hands were all swolen and my mom called the dr and the dr said come in right away i was scared and did not know what was going on they had to run alot of test and i was young i dident kno what was realy going on that week my teast came back and they tought i had jra the next week i had to go to rilly's children hospilt to meet dr ballinger she ran even more test and i was think why do i need all thes stuped test cant they just leave me alone but im glad now that i got all thouse test becuas if they dident find out i would be in more pain becuas i wouldent have any meds to help my pain ez up the meds arent much help but tgey help alittle.but the onley thing i have realy know that helps me feel better if i just keep smileing becuas u dont want to get depressed becuas if ur a kid u lock ur bed room door and dont talk to anyone and u dont want to leave ur roomalot of kids dont understand what we go throu becuas it is not like it shows realy and i use to love going to school but when i have a flare and im out when i come back kidd think i was faking and then tell alot of other people that i was faking or kids tell the teacher i am missing to much school.i just start being a part time student and it is realy helpful when i have a flare becuas a teacher comes to my house for a hour or 2 3times a week.sometimes i can make it to school.i try not to let my jra countrol my life but it dose countrol my life most the time............

Hi Ashley, keep it going, it may help you in more ways than you realise to deal with this dreaded disease, good on you!!!!  kind thoughts Janie.
