Lisa Dr doc is an excellent source but you should only post a link to his site. Posting entire articles violates the copywrite laws. thanks for fixing that. Wow. Sometimes I am a 4!! There are days I can not take care of my hair (washing, conditioning, etc.), open the toothpaste, button jeans (I usually am home in boxers and a tshirt but have had to have Danny help me dress for doc appts. when I have been bad), cook, open jars etc., and haven't been able to clean my own house. This is not usual for me but it happens sometimes.
Funny story about not being able to open things. When I was just in the hospital I was trying to open my little bag of bran cereal and skim milk carton. I swear I messed with that bag and carton of milk for 30 minutes before I broke down and called for help to get that stuff open. I was soooooooooooo Wonder if he's on my insurance plan? lol
