Hi there!
I've had Fibro for 3 yrs, but my Rheumy says my "rheumatoid factor" has gone up. I think he'll diagnose me with RA, officially, soon. He recently put me on a low dose of Prednisone.
Now I've developed itchy scales all over my scalp & part of my forehead (nowhere else, altho' skin is sensitive). What in the world could this BE? Allergy to Prednisone? Psoriasis? KILLER dandruff?

possibly psoriatic arthritis? it is similar to RA.

I would have a Dermatologist look at it and it very well could be the Psoriasis part of Psoriatic Arthritis which can have a positive RF.
