Does anyone have any experience with Kineret? If so, what your take (godd, bad ...)? Kineret was the original biologic I was first put on because Enbrel had a waiting list.  I was on the drug for 7 months and did very well.  It got me to the point I no longer needed pain meds and started feeling like my old self.  Enbrel became available and the rheumy switched me because I also have mild psorasis and it's suppose to help that.  At the present time I am back on Kineret.  Enbrel gave me so many bacterial and fungal skin rashes I had to be taken off plus I also had to go back on pain meds while on it.  I did get injection site reactions the first time on the med.  I had been taking it for about 6weeks when they showed up.  I had to use hydrocortisone cream and benadryl and they eventually did go away. If you do use the drug take it from the fridge and let it sit at room temp for 60-90 minutes before injecting.  This way the med will not sting from being cold.
