IT'S A GIRL
So, On October 15th or thereabouts, my son and daughter-in-law will make me the the proud Grandma of my first grandchild a brand new baby girl!

I'll be a first time grandmother in November...not sure if the baby is a girl or boy yet...supposed to find out when my DIL has her next ultrasound

Congratulations what wonderful news*well 'great' actually, but I still haven't come to terms with 'auntie' never mind the aging add ons! I think I'm going to relish the batty GA role though
Thank you all for your good wishes. I have waited so long for this. I kept telling them "please don't wait until I can't play with the baby at all." I am very excited and my daughter in law asked me to be with her at the birth. I have never seen a baby born, so I am very excited about being there to see my 1st grandchild come into the world.

I've been a grandma for 4 months and it is the most wonderful thing! When I call my son the first thing I ask is how's the baby? He says "the baby's fine, and I'm doing pretty well too, thanks for asking"
