Not a proven fact. Do you suppose the owners of this board are playing a role in the antagonistic posts which have been appearing as of late and even before? Negativity of any source/type usually is of more interest and thus a larger audience. Anything is possible!! Would definitely come under the heading of "Sick Humor."

I've always found it hard to believe that someone would contine a website and take absolutely no interest in what so ever. They obviously maintain it somehow. Are we to believe they have no idea what happens on their message boards? That's unlikely.

I really don't think any post here was directed at anyone besides the owner of the website. I have found the address, phone number, fax number, and email of the owner of the site. I have emailed several times and after those were ignored, I figured a phone call really wouldn't be worth it and it would not be answered or I would be hung up on.
The thought has crossed my mind that this guy is sitting back and watching all of this laughing his tushie off. It has also crossed my mind that he is just sitting around coleecting the money from the advertising and doesn't really give a crud what is going on here. The site as far as I could tell from what research I have done on it is maintained and updated and the contract with the host is renewed regularly. Sooo make of all of that what you will. *shrugs*
All I can really say is some mods would be nice. I feel it would just have to be clearly defined on what is a toxic post and what isn't before any mods are assigned..if we could get them assigned.
That is a great idea gimpy. I know they have that function for aol chatrooms (I used to work ofr aol please dont hate me it was a great job lol) and I know you can do that on the instant message programs. I have seen it on another board I go to.
