Some people never sieze ot amaze me...it is raining again, I feel like crap, been sick, got a shower an dthe doorbell rings;it is my neighbor behind me past the pond.
I open the front door, she hands me her house key, a piece of paper with #'s on it and .00. States that they are going out of town and the dog is in the garage, if he barks too much or gets loose put him in the house.
WHAT?! I told her I am not even going to be here an dshe says that is ok. NOT! She leaves.
I take the key, paper and money back to her house ( like I have time for this) and tell her hubby, I wil lnot be home to take care of your dog while you are gone. HE says, that's what she said.
I hand him all the items and tell him that I do not know why she would leave this stuff with me when I will not be there....DAH!
Amazing..........I guess she just assummed I would drop all my plans for her dog? Don't have a clue but she can make other arrangements for her dog while they are gone.

Wow Jode, that is weird. I cannot imagine any of my neighbors doing that.Very strange. I would have done the same thing....except I would have stopped her before she left my door step and informed her that I would NOT be taking care of her dog while she was away.

Amazing the cheek of some people, are you good friends jode?Good for you to take everything back and say NO!! I have a neighbor with 3 cats, she likes me to take care of them, feed, etc. when they go away for a week or a weekend. I decided I didn't want the responsibility of something happening to them (one got run over by a car...not when I was cat sitting)
