Has anyone gone for a consultation? I remember researching it and I was hoping to drive to Rochester...but I think I could only get in to Arizona so I aborted the mission.

I know a couple people who were undiagnosed for a long time that went and got a dx and effective treatment. My father-in-law goes next week. My primary wanted to send me but my insurance would not cover it.
