June 4, 2007 — Patients who receive methotrexate with a computerized decision program achieve remission of early rheumatoid arthritis (RA) faster and for longer periods than do those who receive usual treatment with methotrexate alone, according to the results of a randomized controlled trial published in the May 22 Online First issue of the Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases.
