OK...so...I listen to music when I clean the house. I always start in my kitchen. I have a window above my sink and today is a just beautiful day so I have it open. I'm doing dishes...I'm listening to Green Day...and singing...yes I actually can...I'm noo Amy Lee but I can sing...ok so I am singing and doing dishes like I normally do. There are guys working on the roof of my neighbors house. I am paying NO attention to this as I have housework on the brain and getting organized for camping on the brain. It's their lunch time I guess....and as soon as the song ends...I hear all this freakin clapping going on. OMG THEY HEARD ME!!!!! Sheeesh I was

Oh that is funny. I'm happy that you are feeling better! So when's the camping trip? We have a daylight basement in our house and my boys had "dance, dance revolution" set up on their PS2. One day I went down there and was really shakin' my groove thing. I looked up at the window and boys and their friends were watching me (laughing their butts off) At first I was a bit embarrassed, but i convinced them to come in and dance with me. We had a great time! Okay, everyone over to Gramma's house for karoake! Don't be embarrassed at all. Singing is so good for us! You really do feel better if you start singing (provided you're singing happy songs, and aren't singing the blues, LOL). I sing around the house as I work all the time. My son said that all his friends used to ask him about why I sing all the time. It's like therapy, don't ya think?
We have dance dance revoloution too lol. That is hilarious they caught you. I was more wiggling my groove thang since I was doing dishes lol. I need to get karoke for the playstation. Camping starts Saturday morning til Sunday afternoon!!! We would have left Friday but Danny already had to take a day off for my doc appt. yesterday. Weather is supposed to be prefect. Little chilly at night but hey that is what snuggling is for!! Girls have their own tent this year too. YAY!!! Nope, I am not too much the typical Gramma. Or the typical mom either. I have tattoos and my tongue is pierced. HA! Didn't expect that outta me eh? To me, life should be fun. I only live this one once and I am going to enjoy the living heck out of it despite this cruddy ra. Even when I was so bad over the fall/winter there were still good things that came from it. My husband and I are much closer now and I am closer with the girls too. It gave a clearer definition of family for me. I hope you have a great time camping! I really admire you for doing it. I use to love it, but now I need real toilets and showers and my old bones need many soft things underneath it. But I will never forget the smell of a campfire, and the absolute QUIET of being in the middle of a forest, and the taste of smores, and the excitement of my boys, I do miss all that. I wish i had long distance hearing................singing is good for the soul and at least they were clapping and not boo - ing
A princess camper??? LOL!!!! Ummmm everyone else is dirty and stinky tooooooo!!! That is part of the fun of camping LOL. Where we are going this weekend actually has showers and regular flush toilets. Ohhhhh we have a camping potty lol. No way am I walking to the pit toilets in the middle of the night lol. I just have Danny help me on and off. Like normal lol. Have a great time Gramma!! Don't overdo and come back with a bad flare!!
