I cant beleive they let her go. If your rich you can do whatever.
Maybe they should let everyone else out in the jail and they can spend it at Paris"s mansion.

I couldn't agree with you more! I hate the example she is setting for our young girls growing up! Her mother has groomed her to be nothing more than a spoiled and pampered rich airhead, who sees her purpose in life to be to look good and be seen at all the right parties, wearing the right clothes. She had a meltdown in jail because she hasn't been raised to believe in herself and her own abilities to really deal with the harsher realities of life.
I applauded the judge for sending her to jail, but now the ultimate result is negative, because money and fame have won yet again. It makes me very angry.
Paris Hilton I think..???? I think its disgusting that she is released, we had a little old lady here who for financial reasons couldnt pay her council tax and was given 45 days in prison, Paris Hilton thinks because of who she is can now stay at home instead of prison and all of a sudden she has medical problems, she didnt have them before she went inside.Michele,They let Paris out of jail because she either got a rash or she got upset. Dont know which one. This is the most outrageous thing I ever heard.It's rediculous! Last night they were saying she's been really upset and crying everyday. She's cold, she won't eat and she can't sleep!
Well, duh! Jail isn't fun! It's supposed to be uncomfortable. You are supposed to hate it so much that when you get get out you'll do everything that the law says to do and you will no longer do the thing that put you there in the first place!
What the hell kind of punishment is it to have to be confined to a mansion for the next 40 days with butler services, gourmet meals, plush accomidations and a swimming pool with a resort type feel to it? What kind of punishment is that?

I agree with what has been said so far. Paris getting out of jail was wrong!!! She had it easy in there. They didn't make her work and she didn't have to share her cell. Just goes to show you that if you're rich, you can get around the system.

If any of us went to jail we wouldn't be as lucky as her and we have REAL medical conditions.
And we wonder where some kids these days get the idea that they can do what they want and get away with it and have NO remorse for any crimes they commit. Nor do some kids think about anyone but themselves.

She is no better than anyone else who breaks the law!Had the let her server her time I could bet that she would have learned a really hard lesson and it's very unlikely you would EVER see her do anything like that again. I can't wait to get home and see some of the tabloid coverage of it. I'm sure that's all we'll see on TV for the next 40 days. I'm sure we'll know of every visitor she has and every move they make. No doubt she'll be up to her old tacky tricks again real soon.
I never really care much for her as a personality......and I REALLY don't care for her now! Hopefully this will hurt her career not make it better. Lord knows she's know well enough for nothing already.

At least Martha had the gumption to go to jail, serve her time, and have it reduced to house arrest due to good behavior. I've never seen Paris have good behavior so why does this surprise us. LindyJail a bad place? LOL No cooking, no clean up, no dishes, no laundry, no vacuuming? OMG, sounds like heaven to me! Might lose a little weight on jail food, that would be good too. Just kidding of course, I think.....

Oh my gosh. I just read an article that said she was going to release a diary documenting her time in jail. This can't be true, can it? What a crock! It says that the diary is expected to fetch million dollars and s already the center of a bidding war.
i'm listening to it on CNN.com but I can't see it on TV. I so want to see them drag her into court! I'm sure I can catch it tonight on one of the news shows. Sadly she's big news.
