Can someone please explain to me what this OT thing is on some of the post and where it came from? I might sound like a total wanker here but I don't even know what OT means. Although I've been a member for quite some time I was gone for awhile. In the past we've always just posted whatever as it's nice sometimes to get our minds into something else besides RA and relate to each other as other human beings. Heck, some of the posts I remember were members sharing pet stories, pictures of their pets and favorite music. Those were some fun posts and some even had some good laughs which is always great medicine.

Neasy, OT means Off Topic, some people do not like to read personal stuff or debated issues so this way they can skip these posts and read strictly RA issues. Hope this helps...
Well, it means if you have something to share that is not RA related you will put OT in the subject line which means "Off Topic". It will let readers decide whether they want to open it or not. It started back when all the fights were happening on here. I do say it's worked out pretty good for me. But of course I dont care if someone wants to share anything not RA related. I find it interesting to read how the other half lives. It takes my mind off of RA at times.
