My legs have turned to wood.They wont bend and i cant walk at all.I started off ok this morning but it hit me like a ton of bricks
I was just thinking how lucky your friend was available with the key. I'm wondering if all of us, who might find ourselves stranded some way or another, should get some sort of box with a combination for a spare key (that you can hide somewhere near the door), so that we can give the combination over the phone to rescue people just in case.
Anyway, glad you're not stranded anymore. Try and take it easy today, let people help you, and enjoy your daughter's birthday tomorrow.
Nah, Hun you need an emergency pack tied to that lift. It should hold things like twinkies and pickles and vodka...........hahahahahahaha I'm kidding!!!!!! I'm sorry you were stuck :( I don't know about over there, but here you can have a special lock box put outside your door - only the fire department has the key to it, and inside you put your house key and any other key they would need. Maybe you could look into that? oh, great idea Katie!!Thanks for the replies
The box for the fire station is a good idea, i will look into it but havent heard of it here.

Innerglow- All my close friends have keys as i keep forgetting to take mine out with me and cnt get back into the house
