My knees have been bothering me for the last month or so. I wear sneakers at work, but the rest of my shoes have some sort of heel on them-which I love. I have come to the conclusion that heels need to be put away for special occations. I went and bought some flat shoes today, thinking that I would hate giving up my heels. I actually found some nice dressy flat shoes. It was encouraging my first time out to find flats that made me feel I wasn't having to give up my love for cute shoes.

Nothing like a new pair of shoes to make a girl smile! Enjoy!Ah yes, shoes. Better than any pain pill, biologic, or dmard. Let me go shoe shopping and I can shop 1/2 the day. Of course I pay later, but what the hel#. I can't wear heels any longer and was so sorry when I had to give them up but I've found some really cute sandals and flats.
