I am pulling my hair out as I was due my Humira last week and my delivery never arrived.I have recently changed from injections to pens and couldnt get anyone on friday to tell me the problem.I spoke to my Rheumys office today as Humira office said the paper work for the pens hadnt been sent over to them from the rheumy. The Rheumys office said the paper work had been completed over a month ago.Spoke to Humira again and they said they definetly havent got it and they had sent an email to the rheumy twice asking for the prescription.I have left a message on my Rheumys answer machine just saying "Have no meds now for my RA so when i request an appointment due to inflamation and you tell me you have one in 12 months I will camp outside your door with the media"..............am soooooo mad

I am so sorry to hear this. I hope you get your meds and some relief soon! love, J

Sorry for all the bureaucratic bs!  I hope it gets straightened out soon.  Can you go back to the regular injections in the meantime? Sorry things are delayed and your off schedule with your injections. Hope things get worked out soon and you're feeling better asap! There is no prescription for me at all Michele for them to deliver, it seems to have disappeared. Our injections are delivered by the Humira company every two months and i have used my last injection. I phoned my G.P.'s office but as its the rheumy that prescribed it there is nothing they can do

It's a lot harder to ignore a sick person if they are sitting in front of you, instead of just talking to you on the phone.

Lynda- I get my meds from Health Care At Home. They deal with home deliveries of lots of meds. They put me through to Humira Help. Its a company who issues the Humira and send out the nurses when you first get prescribed.

I am going to the hospital tomorrow for another appointment with the EAR,NOSE AND THROAT doc so i will go and see patient advice then.

Thanks for all the advice

I HAVE MY HUMIRA

             YEA LISA!!!!!!!!

Glad you got your Humira.

I had a problem with my last delivery... UPS routed my Humira to Birmingham and it did not get to me the next day like it was suppose to. They delivered it the day after it was to be delivered, the ice packs were melted and it did not feel that cold in the syrafoam box thingy. I called CareMark and they said if the syringe got frosted when I exposed it out of the box that it was still cold enough to be good.

I am not too sure about that one. As I took my shot last week and it did not feel like it really helped me like it normally does, but it might be from the T-storms that are coming thru. Who knows? I guess I will when I take my shot tonight and I still do not feel like it is working for me.
